Custom Digital Signage: Property / Building / Mall Directories

Replace your old, static, wall-mounted lobby building directory with a modern, interactive, touchscreen directory by intrabest™ that can be wall mounted, displayed as a kiosk, or displayed on internet. We design and develop interactive directory and information systems on any size screen for a variety of applications:

  • Office Buildings
  • Indoor or Outdoor Shopping Centers
  • Hospital Wayfinding
  • University Directory and Wayfinding
  • Government Buildings
  • Courthouse Calendaring
  • Corporate Information
  • And Many More...

Our touchscreen directories can electronically display:

  • Alphabetized Listing of Your Tenants
  • Presentations and Property Tours
  • Print Coupons right at the kiosk
  • Leasing Information
  • Amenities & Conveniences

In a intrabest™ Property Directory System, each listing can also be linked to custom screens displaying photos and videos or to Internet/Intranet web-pages that offer additional information to further advertise your tenants, and to draw attention to other properties, local restaurants, hotels, and other attractions that are nearby.

FAQ

Lease or Purchase - Can we buy the system outright instead of leasing it?
Some customers prefer to lease our building directory systems. Leasing minimizes the amount of cash required, meaning that our directory can often be purchased through operating funds instead of capital funds. In some cases property managers may be able to pass the cost through in the form of net charges.

The lease price includes the extended warranty as well as the web updating service, all in one price.

Some customers opt for purchasing our system outright. Included in the purchase price is a two year extended warranty and access to product updates.

Unlimited Names - Is there a limit to the number of names we can put on the directory?
There is no limit to the number of names that this system can handle. This feature makes the system perfect for large office buildings, multi-building office parks, offices with executive suites, and offices where tenants have a large number of individual listings, such as law firms. Of course, the property manager always has the option of charging extra to tenants who exceed a certain number of individual listings.
